Information on how an agency should contact AutoMon with questions or to receive support for any of our various case management solutions, whether you are a longtime customer upgrading to the latest codebase or a brand new prospective client just shopping around; you'll find us accessible, receptive and responsive. Configuration/Technical Questions:
Questions and technical information regarding configuration of both hardware and software; servers, workstations, everything from SQL to Word. Even where it's not strictly our job we do this stuff all the time and we're happy to help. We have extensive documentation availabe and the most knowledgeable staff dedicated to insuring that your installation is painless and that it's smooth sailing from there on out.
Training Questions:
We take it seriously, as important as the decision of which solution to pursue if not more so, is the actual process of preparing staff and transitioning to a new system. Any and all questions surrounding the entire orientation and training process; videos, demo site, facility setup, scheduling, preparation. Everything you need to know to maximize the benefit of not only our on-site visit but the entire incubation period as you move forward with a new product.
Application Use FAQ:
The meat and potatoes of the KnowledgeBase, this category contains questions pertaining to client use of AutoMon solutions. There are subcategories for each distinct product, each further divided into groups describing similar features tasks and processes. Included in each group are answers to common questions from users and information to assist with anything not already spelled out including links to relevant Videos, guides or other documentation.
Agency Business Processes and Best Practices:
Many of the questions received by AutoMon fall into the category of agency business processes; often AutoMon cannot specifically address these types of questions for clients, the more typical questions however are listed here for reference and where possible alternative avenues of resolution are suggested.
Error Messages and Bugs:
Listed in this category along with questions about problems users have experienced are the error messages that Caseload Explorer employs to alert users of invalid requests or compromised functionality. Also listed are many various errors not generated by Caseload Explorer which have been submitted to AutoMon in the past along with a reference of the known potential sources and, where possible, solutions that can be employed.
External Interfaces:
Not only does AutoMon produce several fully integrated modules to accomplish various solutions for our clients; we also work to interface with other developers in order to further extend the functionality and convenience of our own products. Miscellaneous:
A catchall category for information or questions that don't fall into one of the previously described categories. Check here if you cant find the answer to your question or can't figure out where to look.
Terminology:
Various company specific or non-standard terminology employed in AutoMon documents or products. Most of this stuff is old hat to us so whenever you see something that we missed don't be shy about dropping us a line, not only will you get an explanation, you'll be benefitting your fellow man.

A convienent list of customer avaliable documents referencing various aspects of AutoMon business and prodcts, if you have received or have heard referenced a document that is not specific to an agency it is probably accessable here and faster than requesting a copy from us.
