Kiosk Reporting System

Caseload Explorer's Kiosk Reporting System gives states and counties an automated alternative to administering many of the basic processing responsibilities often handled by staff. While a Kiosk cannot replace all the check-in requirements for all clients and offenders, they provide a cost-effective vehicle to stretch departmental resources and ease the officer’s caseload. Caseload Explorer’s robust Kiosk solution assures that you have the up-to-date information you need at your fingertips. Automated client check-in, automatic alerts and comprehensive reporting functionality are just a few of the benefits that make Kiosks an invaluable addition to your program.

Manage Client/Offender Reporting
Community based corrections agencies can automate interactions with clients/offenders and provide an additional resource for sanction reporting for all client/offenders. Without increasing staff workload, client/offender reporting can be handled effectively using Kiosks while providing departments the capacity to replace the mail-in and physical reporting requirements.

When using the Kiosk, each client/offender visit or missed appearance is reported to the supervising officer and recorded in Caseload Explorer. Automating client/offender reporting means your staff can remain focused on the tasks of the most benefit to the department and the community.

While logged in at the Kiosk the client/offender can be directed to meet with their supervisor in person, report for drug testing, or a variety of other related responses customized to meet your departmental protocol.
